Fitness Adventure is a game about moving your body. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not, and what control you have.

The short version: you can play the entire game without giving us anything. If you choose to create an account so your progress follows you between devices, we store your email address and your saved game, and nothing else.

Playing without an account

If you never sign in, your character, health, coins, board position, unlocked chapters and settings are saved only in your browser’s local storage, on the device you are playing on. That data never reaches our servers and we cannot see it.

If you create an account

Creating an account is optional and exists for one reason: so your quest survives a lost phone and follows you to other devices. When you sign in we store:

• Your email address, used to sign you in and to contact you about your account. We use sign-in links rather than passwords, so we never hold a password for you.
• Your saved game: character, health, coins, board position, unlocked chapters, side quests and settings.
• Basic account timestamps, such as when you signed up and when your save was last updated.

That is the complete list. We do not ask for your name, age, gender, address, phone number or payment details.

What we never collect

• No health or fitness data. We do not connect to Apple Health, Google Fit, or any tracker, and we never see your workouts, step counts, weight or heart rate. The game takes your word that you moved.
• No location, camera, microphone or contacts.
• No advertising identifiers, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
• No cookies used to profile you or follow you across other websites.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We have no advertising business and no plans for one.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers, only to run the game:

• Netlify hosts the site. Like any web host it records standard technical request data such as IP address and browser type, to serve pages and guard against abuse.
• Supabase stores accounts and saved games in an encrypted database, with access controls that mean your save can only be read by your own account.
• An email delivery provider sends your sign-in links. It sees your email address in order to deliver them.

These providers act on our instructions and cannot use your data for their own purposes. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and may be stored on servers outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and save for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and we delete your email address and saved game from our live systems within 30 days, and from routine backups within 90 days.

Your choices and rights

• Play anonymously. An account is never required to play.
• Get a copy of the data held about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete your account and everything in it, at any time.
• Withdraw consent by deleting your account; nothing is retained to profile you.

Depending on where you live, including the UK, EU and California, you may have additional rights. Email us and we will honour them regardless of where you are.

Clearing local data

Clearing your browser’s site data, or deleting the app and clearing storage, erases any progress saved on that device. If you have no account, that progress cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.

Children

The game itself is suitable for all ages and is designed to be played by families together. Accounts, however, require you to be 13 or older (16 in some countries). Younger players are welcome to play without an account, which collects nothing at all. If we learn we have collected an email address from a child below that age, we will delete it promptly.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to your own account. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold very little: an email address and a game save.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date above, and we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
